Hi, I’m Natalie!

About Me

As a firstgen college student and corporate girlie, I know about the feelings of imposter syndrome and confusion when you first enter the corporate world. In my time at Microsoft, I leveled up by observing successful peers, honing my skillset, and advocating for myself and my ideas, leading me to getting promoted 4 times in 2.5 years. My accelerated career growth enabled me to 1) buy my first apartment at the age of 24 and 2) design the inaugural masters-level course at Boston University Intro to Product Management for Data Science. I want to inspire others to be able to do the same!

From resume support to learning how to get promoted, I love seeing others learn and succeed.

What People Are Saying about Natalie’s Studio

“When I needed my resume looked at, Natalie's expertise and insight were invaluable. While most would offer surface-level tips on how to phrase one's experience, Natalie had guided me through the thought process behind her changes. Using her ideas and experience, my resume was completely overhauled and I was able to land my first Software Developer role shortly after. I couldn't have done it without her and to this day I use the principles she laid out as I consider future opportunities.”

Yaseen Mohamed

Software Developer at General Motors

“During my mentorship with Natalie, one of the many tasks we completed was the iterative process of editing and editing software engineering and project management resumes. As a part of my future goals and aspirations, I had the opportunity to speak with Jenny Gruber, the COO of the Johnson Space Center. She did such an incredible job helping me perfect my resume that Dr. Gruber said after having looked over it a couple of times she thought of moving a thing or two around but said scratch that nevermind…please don't change a single thing, this is perfect!”

Abigail Guada

Program Lead at Boston University Spark

“Natalie saved my career. I was let go from my previous job and out of work. But, Natalie was there for me. From resume building, to job searching, and interview prep, Natalie took part in every step. She is very attentive to detail and made sure I was always presenting the very best version of myself. I was successfully hired to my first ever salary job, making double what I was making in my previous role.”

Engaging In-Person Events

What started as gatherings with friends at my apartment in Queens became an extended community of 20-30 year olds focused on learning essential skills and leveling up together in-person over food. We believe meeting in-person and doing things together helps us be more accountable and gives us an opportunity to have fun! If you live in NYC and building a vision board, learning about how to get your personal finances together, or learning how to take care of plants sounds like fun, I hope to see you there!
